			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s the first thing I want you to know: You don&#8217;t need to buy anything special to lose all the weight you want. People that tell you a pill, herb, tea, patch, or diet program works- only want to sell it to you. If you talk to someone without a hidden agenda [like a doctor] they will tell you the <strong>only</strong> thing that works: &#8220;You need to eat right and get some exercise.&#8221;</p>
<p>I also want you to know I failed at weight loss for thirty years. Around my 10th try, I finally figured it out [I guess I'm nothing but persistent]. However, I&#8217;ve come to discover the level of lies, fraud, and misinformation about weight loss is incredible. The sad truth is many people have no problem exploiting the emotions of other people for profit. And they do that by telling them weight loss will come fast and easy- if they only buy this _______.</p>
<p>Everything you need to lose weight can be found in a grocery store- and in your own head. The really ironic thing is this: When you go about weight loss the way it works in reality, it does become fast and easy. It&#8217;s trying to take shortcuts with diets, pills, and scams that drag it out- because [and I don't care what the advertising says] these things have all been PROVEN NOT TO WORK by about 200 million Americans blowing thru about 40 billion dollars a year.</p>
<p>So yes, you can <em>learn</em> how to lose weight. But you have to be willing to change your habits that are causing you to gain weight. If you&#8217;re not willing to change over to new habits that cause you to lose weight, it does not matter what you buy. Losing weight and keeping if off forever is easy once you know how to do in a way that you can personally live with. Looking back at all the times I failed, I can see that I either tried what could not possibly work [like a scam] or I tried things that were too hard for me [like running at six in the morning].</p>
<p>I want you to know I&#8217;m no different than you. All I did was learn how to lose weight in a way that was doable for me. Now that I know how to do it, I choose how much to weigh. I can promise that if you just take an honest look at your habits, and change the ones that are tripping you up, you&#8217;ll look back one day and wonder why you ever had trouble with <a title="New Body New Life" href="http://mynewbodynewlife.com/">weight loss</a>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now that I know how weight loss really works, I can lose it fairly fast when I want to. However, it wasn&#8217;t always that way. Sometimes it took me months to lose about one pound. That&#8217;s because I had no idea how weight loss really worked. For example, I thought that if I just went hungry, that would cause fast weight loss.</p>
<p>However, I didn&#8217;t know that caused my body to go into “survival mode” where it tried to hang on to as much body fat as possible. So yes, there are a few fast ways to lose weight more quickly than going hungry. However, many people go about them all wrong.</p>
<p>First there is no such thing as a fast weight loss shortcut. You can try a bogus body wrap, sweat suit, etc, but with these all you loose is water weight.</p>
<p>You can also try to use other useless fast weight loss shortcuts like diet pills, herbs, teas, patches, lotions muscle contractors, etc.- but again, all that&#8217;s going to happen is you&#8217;re going to waste money and time- time you could be spending losing weight quickly the right way.</p>
<p>If your skeptical about weight loss shortcuts not working because all the advertising says they do work, just keep my least favorite statistic in mind: <strong>Nearly two out of three Americans are overweight or obese, while spending over 40 billion dollars annually on weight loss products</strong>. So if anything you could buy really made you lose weight fast, would this many people still be overweight?</p>
<p>So what <em>is</em> the fastest way to lose weight?</p>
<p>You have to burn off the fat. Nothing else works. Meaning, you have to use more calories that you consume. The faster you burn them off, the faster you will lose weight. It really is that simple. Let me give you an example of super fast weight loss:</p>
<p>Several years ago there was a a cable documentary about a man that lost fourteen pounds in around twelve hours. How? He swam the English Channel. Since he didn&#8217;t eat while swimming, his body had no choice but to use fat stores for energy. Calories consumed as energy depends on the person and the activity. In his case, around 49,000 calories of energy were consumed from fat in twelve hours.</p>
<p>Now note I&#8217;m not saying you should try this. This guy was is really good shape. As a matter of fact, he put those extra pounds on intentionally, because he knew fat was going to be needed for energy. I&#8217;m just providing an example of how fast weight loss works in the real world.</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight quickly, you can do something similar, just not so extreme. The first thing you need to do is change as many weight gain habits as possible over to weight loss habits. The more habits you change, the faster the weight will be burned off.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t have any interest in giving up double cheese supreme pizzas or going for a jog instead of sitting on the sofa- then you&#8217;re wasting your time. You have to burn off as many calories as you can- while you reduce the calories that are coming in [without going overboard and throwing your body into survival mode].</p>
<p>So no, don&#8217;t try to starve yourself, just eat food that fills you up with far fewer calories. So to lose weight as fast, easily, and safely as possible- you need to keep an eye on<strong> calorie density</strong>. This just means instead of filling up on Big Macs, you fill up on healthy natural fibrous foods like fruits and veggies, along with natural foods that are low in carbs and high in protein like cold water fish, lean meats, eggs, etc.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t go overboard and cut out carbs, your body needs carbs for energy. However, it does NOT need the man made carbs that come in cake, candy, donuts, chips, sodas, energy drinks, etc. You are trying to burn fat for fuel. If you fill up on junk food, your body                       will NEVER tap into your fat stores for fuel.</p>
<p>So eat natural carbs, just keep an eye on them while you are in fast weight loss mode. Here&#8217;s my best “fastest ways to lose weight” tips:</p>
<p>Eat your natural carbs early in the day. That way you have the entire day to burn them off.</p>
<p>Eat NO carbs after around 6 PM- especially the carbs in junk food- or bread and pasta.</p>
<p>Do some cardio before you go to bed, this way you burn off any left over carbs and<br />
don&#8217;t store them as fat when your metabolism slows way down as you sleep.</p>
<p>Do at least a 20 minute cardio workout first thing in the morning on a empty stomach- or with a very small amount of protein, say 25 grams max. Then wait about an hour before you eat. If you can, don&#8217;t sit down for that hour. Then eat nothing but protein- like eggs or lean meat- for breakfast. Do you see why this fast fat loss tip works so well? You wake up with no fuel in your system, so when you get active, your body has no choice but to burn fat for fuel.</p>
<p>If you want to make weight loss as fast as possible, let food do the work for you. Eat unprocessed foods and stop drinking colas and energy drinks, switch to water and green tea [green tea supposedly has some very slight natural fat burning qualities]. Eat three or four natural snacks a day. When you go to have your main meals, eat bulky and fibrous foods first- like fruits and veggies. This way you get full before you eat too many calories- and the more calories you eat, the more you have to burn off.</p>
<p>Be careful and use your common sense. In my humble opinion, <strong>talk to your doctor first</strong>. Tell him / her what you have in mind. Your doctor knows your health history better than me, and will able to give you specific advise on how many calories you can safely cut back on- and how much physical activity you can tolerate without hurting yourself.</p>
<p>So yes, there are fast ways to lose weight. However diet products sold by the giant weight loss industry are not one of them. You have to burn off more calories than you consume- nothing else works.</p>
<p>As annoying as this is going to sound, I now lose weight quickly as sort of a “hobby.” Before you go postal on me, I want to remind you that I failed at losing weight for over thirty years. However, now that I know exactly how to change my habits around, I can choose my weight right down to the pound.</p>
<p>As I rather small framed person, I&#8217;m always in the process of trying to add muscle mass. This is another subject entirely, but to do this you must eat constantly [trust me, it's not as fun as it sounds] and you need to lift heavy weights. When you add muscle, you almost always add fat. So every several months you take a break from the heavy weight and switch over to cardio [and less calories] to burn off the fat you put on. [What bodybuilders call “bulking and cutting.”]</p>
<p>My point is, I&#8217;ve done the fat loss phase so many times that I know exactly how to lose body fat as quickly as possible. It just took a little trail and error to learn how to quickly lose weight in a way that worked for me. Since I&#8217;m not very athletic and can&#8217;t stand going hungry, I had to learn unique fast fat loss “tricks” that worked for my life.</p>
<p>And no, they&#8217;re not really tricks or secrets, they&#8217;re the common sense things that I just told you about- that work in the real word- and also fit with my older body and busy schedule. <p>It&#8217;s nothing you won&#8217;t be able to learn too. Fast-or any kind of weight loss- is just like trying to learn any new skill, like swimming. The slowest and most frustrating part in the very beginning. After that, it&#8217;s easy. Just don&#8217;t go on some crazy rapid weight loss diet, that can be dangerous- and unhealthy.</p>

<p>Well, it’s your lucky day. After thousands of hours spent reading exercise equipment reviews, opinions, and ratings, I can tell you with 100% certainty what the best home or gym exercise equipment is:</p>
<p>It’s the equipment you’ll actually use.</p>
<p>Fitness equipment is like a car. You can spend a little, or you can spend a lot. Regardless of the price, a cheap car will get you where you want to go just like an expensive car. Likewise, fitness equipment will exercise your body whether it costs $50 or $5000.</p>
<p>So when people ask me to offer a impartial rating of exercise equipment, my answer is the same: What do you want to use it for? In other words, the type of equipment you need is more important than the brand. So decide what your objective is first, then hop online and read some consumer reviews of exercise equipment.</p>
<p>For example, I don’t like running. So the worlds most expensive treadmill wouldn’t do me much good. However, I don’t mind low impact cardio- like you get with a stair stepper or elliptical machine. In all reality, I could put some rocks in a backpack and go up and down some stairs for about twenty minutes- and get just of good of a workout [or even a better one] than I would get from even the best exercise equipment.</p>
<p>That being said, I highly recommend whatever exercise equipment you’re reviewing- you try it before you buy it. When I went to buy a new elliptical, I tried about ten different ones. The one I bought didn’t come after reading a bunch of consumer reviews of exercise equipment, it came from deciding which one felt the most comfortable. A few machines had awkward feeling motions, a few others, the stride was too long. So the best fitness equipment for me wasn’t a matter of name brand or price, it was which machine did I think I would actually use.</p>
<p>So sure, look up a few exercise equipment reviews on line [just be careful the review is written by someone that’s not selling the machine]. Just like most everything, you get what you pay for. The most critical part is this: Don’t count on any machine to change your habits for you. [That’s why the classifieds are so full of hardly used home fitness equipment.] If you want to save A LOT of money, change your exercise habits first. That takes about three or four weeks for most people.</p>
<p>If you can’t exercise consistently everyday for a month [by just going for a walk or any other activity that gets you moving] the best exercise or fitness equipment in the world isn’t going to change that for you.</p>

I will be adding a large group of articles that expose many of the lies and deceptions perpetrated by the giant diet and weight loss industry. </p>
<p>I know that the people that sell this junk aren&#8217;t going to like this, but I have to tell you this: Few things would make my life more complete than seeing a few of these companies go out of business, especially the ones that think nothing of exploiting the emotions of the vunerable and naive for money with scams they know don&#8217;t work.</p>
<p>So if you&#8217;d like to see some weight loss myths exposed- along with learning what really works when it comes to getting a new body and life- check back in a few days. Thanks again. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Spotting fat burner, diet, diet pill, and weight loss scams is very simple. Permanent weight loss only works one way: You have to burn off more calories than you consume. That is the ONLY thing that works. This makes spotting diet related health scams incredibly easy. If the diet pill or weight loss ad you’re reading fails to mention that FACT, your weight loss scam detector should go on full alert.</p>
<p>So do diet pills or fat burners really work? Instead of looking at the advertises claims, let’s look at the facts. Some diet pills are nothing more than fiber or common herbs. There are total diet product, weight loss, or fat burner scams that do nothing.</p>
<p>How do stimulant diet pills work? By flooding the body with powerful stimulants. Stimulants will speed up your metabolism [the rate at which the body burns fuel to create energy] and suppress the appetite. That’s why you don’t see very many overweight cocaine addicts. I am not comparing people that take diet pills to drug addicts, nor am I saying that diet pills are going to lead to drug abuse. What I am saying is that the principal is the same. If you take a drug to stimulate your metabolism, that’s exactly what’s going to happen. That’s why they’re called stimulants.</p>
<p>The plan is for that drug to speed up your natural metabolism and create a larger calorie deficit. Even if they work in the short run, they will not work in the long run. You need to learn how to lose weight on your own. A stimulant pill will prevent you from learning how. Fat is your body’s reserve fuel tank. You can speed up that metabolism all day long, and unless more calories are used than consumed, those fat reserves will never be tapped into. Also, all you’re doing is trying to get a pill to do what you were designed to do: Speed up your metabolisms by being active.</p>
<p>Do you think it’s best to be filled with artificial stimulants for weeks or months? Pills are shortcuts. Do you think a chemical shortcut is better and healthier than creating a natural calorie deficit through your own efforts? If you couldn’t keep the weight off before you started taking a pill, why would you be able to keep it off after you stop taking it?</p>
<p>Be very honest with yourself here.</p>
<p>The only safe and natural way to lose weight is to slowly take it off by creating a small daily calorie deficit. “But their ad said it was safe and all natural. They promised there were no side effects. They had dozens of testimonials from satisfied customers.” Of course that’s what they’re going to say. They’re trying to sell you something. I’m quite sure they said something similar about Fen Phen before it was pulled off the market for causing heart valve problems.</p>
<p>Once again, let’s look at the facts: Nearly two out of three Americans are overweight or obese, while spending over 40 billion dollars annually on weight loss products.</p>
<p>So what does that fact tell you? It tells you how to easy it is to spot a weight loss or diet scam, because they are everywhere.</p>
<p>And why are there so many fat loss and diet pill scams? Because it’s easier to tell people they can burn fat or lose weight with no effort than it is to tell them the truth. The truth is, you don’t need any diet products to lose weight. Weight loss short cuts are either a total scam, or they only make it harder for you to learn how to keep excess weight off.</p>

It’s a little more complex than this depending on your body type, age, and personal habits, but generally speaking, one pound of fat stores around 3500 calories. Calories are units of energy. If you’re inactive, it takes a long time to use up calories because little energy is being expended. Calories only come in as food and drink. Less energy coming in, combined with more energy going out as activity, creates successful fat loss. All math, all cause and effect.</p>
<p>I watched a documentary where a man lost fourteen pounds in around twelve hours. How? He swam the English Channel. While not one of the most useful fat loss tips for many of us, it serves as a great example. Since he didn’t eat while swimming, his body had no choice but to use fat stores for energy [muscle and organ mass are affected slightly]. Calories consumed as energy depends on the person and the activity. In his case, around 49,000 calories of energy were consumed from fat in twelve hours.</p>
<p>That’s how simple fat loss [and gain] is. It’s all in the math. However, not taking an honest look at the cause and effect of this math will make easy fat loss impossible. Not being honest when it comes to what we eat [and how active we are] is where too many of us set ourselves up for failure before even getting started.</p>
<p>So my number one successful fat loss tip: Take a very honest look at what you eat and how active you are. You can’t fix a problem you refuse to see. All the free fat loss tips in the world can’t help without a honest look.</p>
<p>My next most helpful fat loss tip is eat natural food. Junk food is not what your body was designed to use. Highly processed foods make it even harder for your body to use the fat you have stored for fuel.</p>
<p>By the way, these real fat loss tips are for men and women.</p>
<p>Next helpful fat loss tip: Get active. Just like the guy that swam the channel, your body burns fat much faster when it’s being physically challenged. If I had to pick my best fat loss tip, it would be this one: Do a 20 minute cardio workout first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. Then wait about an hour before you eat. Then eat nothing but protein; like eggs- for breakfast.</p>
<p>Do you see why this fat loss tip works so well? You wake up with no fuel in your system, so when you get active, your body has no choice but to burn fat for fuel. ‘</p>
<p>My last fat loss explained example is this: Take action. You can know every honest fat loss tip in the universe, but it won’t do you a bit of good until you get started doing something. This is very individual, but I would do about this one small step at a time. Trying to change all your habits at once, while possible, can be very challenging. The real key to successful and permanent fat loss is learning what works for you- and to never stop making progress in the right direction.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Losing weight is just like getting rich. There’s only one way to do that will work. However, there are endless ways to go about that one way. To get rich, you have earn more money than you spend. And there’s thousands of ways to do that. To lose weight, you have burn more calories than you consume. And there’s countess ways to do that too.</p>
<p>So why is motivation the key to weight loss? Because it does not matter how you go about losing weight. All that matters is that you find the motivation to lose weight that works for you.</p>
<p>It doesn’t matter what your personal motivation is for weight loss is. It can be something simple like just wanting to live longer and look better. It may take something more intense like weight loss visualization techniques. When the right weight loss motivation is found, you’ll have the strength to lose weight- no matter which way you decide to go about it.</p>
<p>Remember, it doesn’t matter how you create that calorie deficit- as long as you go about in safe and healthy fashion. You can eat more salads and walk more often. You can train for a marathon and give up junk food. As long you can motivate yourself to lose weight, it doesn&#8217;t matter exactly how the weight comes off.</p>
<p>My best advise is this: Don’t count on something you’ve bought to give you the necessary motivation to lose weight. A new treadmill isn’t going to inspire you to lose weight. You need to find the motivation for weight loss first. Once you discover the right weight loss motivators for you, doing whatever; walking, running, treadmill, etc. is easier. It’s easier use the weight loss tool because the right motivation is already there.</p>
<p>So before you begin a weight loss transformation, I would urge you to do some soul searching and discover your key motivators for weight loss. Again, it doesn&#8217;t matter what they are. All that matters is that they are powerful enough motivators for you. The hardest time in weight loss is the first several weeks. That’s when you’re trying to break all your old weight gain habits. It takes some serious motivation to not give up on your weight loss goal during this time. However, as long as you maintain your personal motivations to lose weight, it soon becomes much easier. You just need to be prepared not to give up during those first critical few weeks.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The first thing I must admit is this: I’d never imagined becoming a weight loss success story. I failed at losing weight more than ten times over thirty years. Sometimes I would succeed at a weight loss plan for a about two days. A few times I lost weight for about three months.</p>
<p>However, at age 50, I finally got it right. Now I’m going to tell you how to become a natural weight loss success story too- no pills or fad diets allowed.</p>
<p>First I share what you need to do, then I tell you the most important part: How to do it.</p>
<p>Step: 1 Get honest. You must honestly recognize the habits you need to fix. If you refuse to see them, you can’t change them. I know this sounds simple, but you&#8217;d be surprised how many of us wreck our futures by refusing to take an honest look at what we do every day when it comes to the care of our precious health.</p>
<p>Step 2: Don&#8217;t eat processed foods. You never put anything in a auto you’re going to get rid of someday besides gasoline because you know you’d ruin it. Then why would you put things in your ONE AND ONLY body it was never designed to run right on?</p>
<p>Step 3: Get active. What&#8217;s the number one factor in longevity? Aerobic capacity. Your heart and lungs need to be challenged. The same goes for your skeletal muscles. Your body ages faster without use. You will rust out long before you will wear out.</p>
<p>Step 4: Take action. You have to get started doing something NOW. It doesn’t matter what it is. Something is always better than nothing. Nothing is your greatest enemy on earth. Nothing will take away everything, faster than anything.</p>
<p>Action is the key. Taking action will reveal where you need to improve things. It takes one main thing to lose weight: Changing unhealthy habits over to healthy ones. Don&#8217;t make this more complex than necessary. To succeed, you need to eat right and challenge yourself physically. I repeat, it all about changing the habits that make you gain weight over to new habits that are PROVEN to make you lose it.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s my most helpful weight loss success tip: You must have a thought ready that is more powerful than the bad habit that is tempting you. It doesn&#8217;t matter what that thought is, all that matters is that it works for you. It could be something as simple as thinking you want to be around to see your grand-babies. I repeat, it just has to be a thought [or thoughts] that are powerful enough for you.</p>
<p>Maybe you can find a motivational weight loss story that has special meaning to you. Other helpful stories might hold just the thought you need. Sincere and inspirational weight stories are all over the Internet.</p>
<p>As much as I hate to admit it, I got fat and lazy. Now, when most people see my picture, they think it&#8217;s fake! They just can&#8217;t believe a fifty year old can have a body that looks 25. The truth is, I didn&#8217;t do one special thing.</p>
<p>All I did was find some thoughts that were more powerful that my bad habits. Then every day, I ate right and exercised. In a few short months, I felt just like I did when I was in my twenties. It really wasn&#8217;t hard or complicated. I never went hungry or deprived myself. First, I gave up junk food. Then I started a sensible exercise plan.</p>
<p>Successful weight loss is 99% mental. All you need to do is find a motivator that is powerful enough for you- and then take action.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Like many self improvement concepts, building self esteem has some vague concepts that often have little practical value. Telling someone to have a firm hand shake, look people in the eye, or repeat “I&#8217;m somebody” over and over- just isn&#8217;t going to do it.</p>
<p>Healthy self esteem comes from having confidence in your abilities. How do you develop confidence? From being comfortable in who you are and what you have to ability to accomplish. And how to develop abilities? They same way you get good at anything in life, by working at it until you get it right. You don&#8217;t suddenly wake up one day with high self esteem. You work on the things that will make you feel good about yourself.</p>
<p>Let me share something with you that Arnold Schwarzenegger said that few people ever<br />
think about:</p>
<p class="maintext1-b">“Once you have the discipline to affect the shape of your body, you have the discipline to accomplish anything.”</p>
<p>Would having the discipline to accomplish anything you set your mind to help with low self esteem? I think it would.</p>
<p>Think about how few people can control the shape of their body through proper diet and exercise. Just a fraction of the population correct? Now tell me how you would feel about yourself in you knew YOU were one of those people. Think about any weight loss success story you&#8217;ve ever heard of. After finding a weight loss solution, did the person who succeed say life is the same- or are they totally stoked? They say things like “I feel like a brand new person.” It worked that way for me. At age 50, I totally changed the shape of my body and focused on getting healthy.</p>
<p>I was the proverbial 90 pound weakling growing up. As I got older, I became a fat weakling. Then I took control of my body through natural weight loss and strength training. And it did give me the discipline, courage and self esteem to accomplish whatever I set my mind to. I quit my job and wrote a book about how healthy weight loss can transform people&#8217;s lives. Now I travel and go on the radio giving interviewers and guidance on how anyone can have a &#8220;new body and life.&#8221; This is something that I never would of had the self esteem or self confidence to do before.</p>
<p>If I can do it, you can do it. Take control of your <a href="http://www.mynewbodynewlife.com">weight loss and self esteem</a> [and future] permanently by transforming yourself physically first. All it takes is eating right and getting in some challenging exercise. Once you develop the discipline to do this, I can promise you, a new future and improved self esteem is right around the corner.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it depends on what your definition of “work” is. As most of us already know, the ONLY way to lose weight is create a calorie deficit. We have to burn off more calories than we consume.</p>
<p>That leaves us with two options: Diet and weight loss products that “work” by creating a calorie deficit- and those that will never work because they don’t do anything. Let’s start with diet pills. So do diet pills really work? Again, it depends. Some are powerful stimulants that will artificially stimulate your metabolism and suppress your appetite. Others are nothing more than a mix of fiber or common herbs. An appetite suppressant can help you create a calorie deficit, if it’s powerful enough.</p>
<p>So then, do real fat burners really work? Only if you like the idea of being constantly filled with powerful stimulants for weeks or months. Then you have to ask yourself this question: If I couldn’t keep the weight off before I went on that diet pill, why would I be able to keep weight off after I stopped using it? Something to consider.</p>
<p>Next up, does any any popular diet or weight loss plan really work?</p>
<p>For example, does NutriSystem work? If it creates a calorie deficit for you, yes it will work. You will loose weight.</p>
<p>However&#8230;</p>
<p>Extensive research from UCLA has shown that people on special diets did lose weight, but<br />
within two years 83% had gained back more weight than lost. Their research concluded people who did not go on a diet, were better off from a health standpoint than those who did.</p>
<p>So rather than ask yourself: Does the Hollywood Diet work? Does any fad diet work? Or do crash diets work? Ask yourself: How can I permanently lose weight?</p>
<p>If you answered “I need to create a small daily calorie deficit,” you’ve taken the first step towards becoming a weight loss success story. Burning off more calories than consumed can only happen one way: You have to change your weight gain habits over to new weight loss habits.</p>
<p>If you can do that on your own, that’s great. If you can’t, there are books that can help. I failed at losing weight for 30 years. Over those 30 years, I lost and gained back over 300 pounds. I tried some diet shortcuts. I wondered; do weight loss pills really work? I was temped to see if there was an easy was to lose weight.</p>
<p>In the end, the only weight loss system that worked for me was the one I put together myself.</p>
<p>As I said, if you can recognize and change your habits on your own, that’s all you need to do for safe and natural permanent weight loss. The amount of time and money you’ll save by avoiding weight loss scams will be tremendous.</p>
<p>On a very interesting side note, when you change those habits, it will give you the self discipline to do whatever else you put your mind to. So even if some diet herb like Hoodia really did work- it can’t give you what changing your habits does:</p>
<p>A whole new level of confidence, discipline, and self respect.</p>
